This 78-meter apartment will have a common area, i.e. a spacious living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms and four separate bedrooms. A comfortable sofa and a plasma screen are part of the living room equipment. Of course, the kitchen area will include a dining table, cooking space (induction hob and microwave), storage (kitchen cabinets and two refrigerators), as well as a set of dishes and cutlery. The bedrooms will have desks, wardrobes and beds. Residential units in LivinnX Krakow will be fully furnished and ready to move in immediately! The only thing to keep in mind is your own bedding and towels. Of course, you will be able to purchase them in our dormitory as part of the purchase of the Starter Pack.
Payment Policies
To make a reservation, you must pay an administration fee of EUR 100 (payable in PLN). Payment of the first rent should be made one month before the date of moving into the dormitory.
If you choose as guarantee a prepayment for the last month, it should be done within 14 days after signing the lease agreement, before moving in.
No deposit is required.
