The kitchen area will include a microwave, induction hob, fridge, dining table, as well as dishes and cutlery! Each resident will also have their own desk and wardrobe.
Residential units in LivinnX Krakow will be fully furnished and ready to move in immediately! The only thing to keep in mind is your own bedding and towels. Of course you will be able to purchase them in our dormitory as part of the purchase of the Starter Pack.
Payment Policies
To make a reservation, you must pay an administration fee of EUR 100 (payable in PLN). Payment of the first rent should be made one month before the date of moving into the dormitory.
If you choose as guarantee a prepayment for the last month, it should be done within 14 days after signing the lease agreement, before moving in.
No deposit is required.
