Unique, spacious, designed by the winners of the architectural competition "Dormitory - student housing unit" with a view to the needs of people with disabilities. The authors of the design of this unit are Maria Barranco, Yevheniia Krepsheva and Tomasz Jałocha - students of the Faculty of Architecture and Fine Arts at the Krakow Academy of Andrzej Frycz-Modrzewski. This 48-meter apartment will have a living / sleeping area, a kitchenette and a private bathroom. Of course, the kitchen area will include a dining table, cooking space (induction hob and microwave), storage (kitchen cabinets and fridge), as well as a set of dishes and cutlery. In the same room there will be a desk, wardrobe and comfortable bed. Residential units in LivinnX Krakow will be fully furnished and ready to move in immediately! The only thing to keep in mind is your own bedding and towels. Of course, you will be able to purchase them in our dormitory as part of the purchase of the Starter Pack.
Payment Policies
To make a reservation, you must pay an administration fee of EUR 100 (payable in PLN). Payment of the first rent should be made one month before the date of moving into the dormitory.
If you choose as guarantee a prepayment for the last month, it should be done within 14 days after signing the lease agreement, before moving in.
No deposit is required.
* Payable in PLN at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on the day preceding the invoice.
